GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Negligence Actions; provides limitations on premises liability for person or organization owning or controlling interest in specified commercial real property; creates presumption against liability; provides conditions for presumption; redefines term "negligence cases" for purpose of apportioning damages in actions involving comparative fault to include actions for damages based upon commission of intentional tort. Creates 768.0706; amends 768.81.
