TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Peaden
Trust Fund Terminations; terminates Florida Korean Veterans Memorial Matching Trust Fund, Tobacco Settlement Trust Fund, & Design & Construction Trust Fund within Veterans' Affairs Dept.; provides for disposition of balances in & revenues of such trust funds; prescribes procedures for termination of such trust funds; repeals provision re Dept. of Veterans' Affairs Tobacco Settlement Trust Fund. Repeals 292.085.
