Military Families; revises certain requirements re scholarships for children of deceased veterans; removes scheduled repeal of provisions allowing for licensure by endorsement of specified nurses who have actively practiced nursing in another state; classifies dependents of active duty members of armed services & certain liaison officers & their spouses & dependent children as residents for tuition purposes, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $200,000.
