Employees/Medical Facilities/OGSR; (OPEN GOVERNMENT SUNSET REVIEW) amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for specified information concerning certain employees of hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, & mobile surgical facilities; removes October 2, 2004, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995; narrows & clarifies exemption. Amends 395.3025.
