Firearms/Sale & Delivery; delays, until October 1, 2009, repeal of provisions requiring criminal history record check by FDLE prior to sale or delivery of firearm to person other than licensed importer, manufacturer, dealer, or collector; reenacts provision re enforcement investigations & access by Agric. & Consumer Service Dept. to certain information maintained by FDLE, for purpose of incorporating amendment in references thereto. Amends 790.065; reenacts 493.6121(6).
