GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hasner ; Holloway ; Kottkamp

Probation & Community Control; authorizes law enforcement officers to make warrantless arrests of certain probationers, community controllees, & parolees; limits circumstances in which certain offenders may be placed on community control or probation; authorizes court to order appearance bond as condition of offender's probation, community control, or other community supervision, etc. Amends & reenacts FS.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
