Women's Health Strategy; establishes Officer of Women's Health Strategy in Health Dept.; provides legislative intent; provides duties of said officer; requires annual report to Governor & Legislature with policy recommendations for implementing Women's Health Strategy; requires consideration of women's health issues & gender in state policy, planning, & budgeting; provides for responsibility & coordination. Amends 20.43; creates 381.04015. APPROPRIATION: $150,000.
