Juvenile Justice/Parenting Education; provides for parental involvement pilot project in Orange Co.; authorizes Juvenile Justice Dept. to allow certain parents to attend & participate in course of parenting education classes in lieu of paying certain required fees associated with cost of child's care or supervision by dept.; authorizes dept. to contract with private or public entity to provide said classes in certain circumstances; provides that parent is responsible for costs, etc.
