GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Evers

Controlled Substances; revises definitions; provides for minimum terms of imprisonment in circumstances where a person commits or attempts to commit such crime in structure or conveyance where child is present & in circumstances where child suffers great bodily harm; provides criminal penalties in circumstances involving certain violation, which results in serious injury to state, local, or federal law enforcement officer, etc. Amends FS.
