CS/SB 1818: Trauma Regions

GENERAL BILL by Home Defense, Public Security, and Ports ; Home Defense, Public Security, and Ports

Trauma Regions; requires that boundaries of trauma regions administered by DOH be coterminous with boundaries of regional domestic security task forces established within FDLE; authorizes continuation of trauma services by certain agencies in accordance with established agreements & procedures; provides requirements for regional trauma system plan when trauma service area is located within boundaries of more than one trauma region. Amends 395.4015,.402.
