GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brummer

Surplus Lines Tax; deletes provisions providing for deposit of portion of certain taxes & interest into Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund; provides for deposit of all of certain taxes & interest into General Revenue Fund; repeals provisions re deposit of certain taxes & interest into said trust fund, to conform. Amends 626.932,.938; repeals 624.523(l)(h) & (i).
