GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kyle

Appropriations Implementing Bill; provides accounting requirements for state universities for 2004-2005 fiscal year; authorizes FSU to construct classroom building from certain funds; authorizes CFS Dept. to transfer funds within family safety program; provides for state match for LifeSaver Rx program; provides for evaluation of reimbursement methodology for Medicaid nursing home services; expands jurisdiction of Commission on Capital Cases, etc. Amends FS.
