Citrus Canker Trees/Removal; requires Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept. to provide notice to property owners of removal of citrus trees infected with or exposed to citrus canker; revises eligibility for compensation & compensation amount for citrus trees removed through citrus canker eradication program. Amends 581.184,.1845.
