GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bilirakis

Juvenile Offenders/Cost of Care; clarifies authority of court to assess fees to parents for costs associated with supervision or care of child by Juvenile Justice Dept.; requires court to order parent of child placed in home detention, probation, or other supervision status or placed into secure detention or on committed status with dept. to pay daily fee for cost of such child's supervision or care; requires court to reduce fees in certain circumstances, etc. Amends FS.
