TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kyle

Intangible Tax/Trust Fund/DOR; requires proceeds of intangible personal property tax to be deposited into General Revenue Fund rather than special trust fund, excluding governmental leasehold taxes; terminates Intangible Tax Trust Fund; provides for disposition of balances in & revenues of terminated trust fund; prescribes procedures for termination of trust fund. Amends 199.292.
