Seniors' Safety Act; provides for reclassification of felony offenses committed against persons 65 years of age or older, elderly persons, & disabled adults; provides for reclassification of misdemeanor assault & battery offenses when committed against persons 65 years of age or older; provides for mandatory term of imprisonment upon conviction of certain theft offenses when committed against said persons, etc. Creates 775.0847; amends Chs. 784, 812, 825, 775, 921.
