GENERAL BILL by Brummer ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brandenburg ; Robaina

Retirement/Disability/Special Risk; provides legislative intent; revises provisions re benefits payable for total & permanent disability for certain Special Risk Class members of Florida Retirement System who are injured in line of duty; provides for contribution rate increases to fund benefits provided in certain provision as amended; directs Statutory Revision Division to adjust contribution rates set forth in specified provision. Amends 121.091.
