Charter Schools; revises authorized purposes of charter schools; provides for designation as one charter school of schools in charter school feeder pattern under certain circumstances; clarifies Fla. Building Code & Fla. Fire Prevention Code compliance requirements for charter schools; requires agreement re allocation & use of impact fees; requires study of transportation issues by DOE; corrects name of charter lab school, etc. Amends 1002.33,.32.
