Defense Appropriations Bill; commends Congress of United States for making our nation's defense its first priority in 2002 & requests that our Representatives & Senators in Congress continue this important tradition by joining other members of Congress in passing & enacting the Defense Appropriations bill before all other spending bills in 2004 & in future years.
