Dignity for All Students Act; creates said act; provides legislative findings re harassment, discrimination, & violence in Florida schools; prohibits specified conduct & provides for punitive measures; defines term "harassment"; amends provision re required instruction in public schools; requires character-development program curriculum to include information re harassment, discrimination, & violence, etc. Creates 1000.055; amends 1003.42.
