GENERAL BILL by The Future of Florida's Families ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fiorentino
Independent Living Transition Svcs.; authorizes community-based providers to administer independent living transition services system; provides legislative intent re assistance to older children in foster care; requires CFS Dept. to provide certain skills assessment & training to such children; creates Independent Living Services Advisory Council; requires judicial review hearing within certain timeframe for each child in foster care, etc. Amends 409.1451, 39.701, 1009.25.
