GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Communication and Public Utilities ; Posey
Electric Transmission Line Siting; changes short title to "Fla. Electric Transmission Line Siting Act"; revises provisions for applicability, certification, & exemptions under act; requires that application contain starting point & ending point of transmission line specifically defined by applicant & verified by commission; subjects hydrogen fueling stations to fire safety regulations, etc. Amends Ch. 403, 373.441, 633.022.
