Property Tax Administration; provides for assessment of property used for affordable housing & subject to low-income housing tax credit; revises procedural requirements for petitioners & property appraisers re providing evidence lists & documentation for proceedings of value adjustment board; authorizes DOR to provide additional information in its update of manual of instructions for property appraisers & other officials, etc. Amends FS.
