GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning ; Wasserman Schultz

Public Swimming Pools; requires pools to be enclosed by barrier; establishes additional safety requirements; requires inspections; provides penalties for violations; provides that attorney's fees & costs be awarded to DOH at hearing at which department prevails; provides definitions & for application; provides for exceptions; provides that certain condominiums & cooperatives must comply with specified requirements of law. Creates 514.0305; amends 514.0115.
