Driving or Boating Under Influence; revises level of alcohol content in blood or breath at which certain penalties shall apply for offense of driving under influence; directs HSMV to require placement of department-approved ignition interlock device on specified vehicles operated by any person convicted of committing certain DUI offenses; revises level of alcohol content in blood or breath at which certain penalties shall apply for offense of boating DUI, etc. Amends FS.
