SB 2052: H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center
GENERAL BILL by Miller
H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center; authorizes establishment of for-profit subsidiaries of governing corporation of H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute; prohibits certain activities by such for-profit subsidiaries; provides that contract with State Board of Education shall permit use of lands, facilities, & personnel for research, education, treatment, prevention, & early detection of cancer & for certain teaching & research programs, etc. Amends 1004.43.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
