Florida Kidcare Program; requires DOH to provide 1-month grace period for late payment of premium re Children's Medical Services & to establish waiting period for reinstatement of coverage upon cancellation for nonpayment of premium; provides that uninsured parent, guardian, or relative caretaker of child enrolled in Florida Kidcare program is eligible for coverage under program, subject to certain limitations, etc. Amends 391.026, 409.8132, 624.91; creates 409.8141.
