Enterprise Zones/South Daytona; authorizes City of South Daytona to apply to Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to designate enterprise zone within area of City of South Daytona; authorizes said Office to designate one enterprise zone in City of South Daytona; provides requirements with respect thereto. Creates 290.00703.
