Enterprise Zones; authorizes certain counties or municipalities to apply to Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to change enterprise zone boundaries; prescribes conditions & deadlines re boundary changes; authorizes office to approve requests to amend such boundaries in two communities with specified populations; authorizes governing bodies of certain counties to apply to office to change boundaries of enterprise zones, etc. Amends Ch. 290.
