Electronic Medical Records; creates Statewide Electronic Medical Records Task Force to advise AHCA in developing policies re electronic medical records; requires Governor to appoint members to task force; requires quarterly meetings; authorizes per diem reimbursement for members of task force; authorizes agency to enter into contracts; requires that certain issues be studied by task force; provides for contents of any implementation plan proposed by task force, etc. APPROPRIATION: $2,000,000.
