SB 2226: Political Subdivisions/Streetlights
GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Political Subdivisions/Streetlights; provides that person or political subdivision that provides, operates, or maintains streetlights or other similar illumination is not liable for civil damages for injury or death effected or caused by adequacy or failure of illumination of lights, regardless whether adequacy or failure of illumination is alleged or demonstrated to have caused or contributed in any way to injury or death.
