Preserving Florida's History; provides additional responsibilities of Historical Resources Div. of Dept. of State re preserving archaeological sites & artifacts; authorizes division to enter into memorandum of agreement with University of West Florida for purposes of network of regional public archaeology centers; requires said dept. to create network of public archaeology centers for certain purposes, etc. Amends 267.031,.14; creates 267.145,.174.
