GENERAL BILL by Smith
Criminal History Records; prohibits expunction or sealing of criminal history record concerning defendant who was found guilty of, or who pled guilty or nolo contendere to, offense of voyeurism, regardless of whether adjudication was withheld. Amends 943.0585,.059.
