GENERAL BILL by Smith ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn
Firefighter & Police Pensions; authorizes DOR to create & maintain database for use by insurers that report & remit excise tax on property insurance premiums & on casualty insurers premiums; provides incentives to insurers for using database & penalties for failure to use database; defines term "extra benefits" re pension plans for firefighters; provides for meaning of term "extra benefits" re pension plans for municipal police officers, etc. Amends Chs. 175, 185. APPROPRIATION.
