CS/SB 2308: Florida Forever Act
GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Atwater
Florida Forever Act; provides for vesting of title to property acquired in partnership with local government at discretion of Board of Trustees of Internal Improvement Trust Fund; requires that local government's vested title interest must be commensurate with local government's financial contribution; provides requirements for purchase agreements for jointly vested lands & for title deeds for such lands, etc. Amends 259.105.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
