Shooting Range Cleanup Trust Fund; creates said trust fund within Environmental Protection Dept.; provides for sources of funds & purposes; exempts trust fund from certain service charges; provides for interest earnings to be invested & credited to trust fund; provides for transfer & use of moneys in trust fund upon fund's termination; provides for annual carryforward of funds; provides for future review & termination or re-creation. Creates 376.90.
