Rec.; provides exemption from public records requirements for cellular telephone numbers, electronic pager numbers, specified identification numbers & access codes for certain electronic communications devices, & billing records of such numbers, identification numbers, & access codes of active or former law enforcement officers; provides for future review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity, etc. Amends 119.07.
