Respiratory Therapy Regulation; revises & provides definitions applicable to regulation of respiratory therapy; revises provisions re said therapy licensure & testing requirements; revise exemptions from said licensure requirements; repeals specified provision re approval of educational programs; repeals specified provision re licensure by examination. Amends 468.352,.355,.368; repeals 468.356,.357.
