Funeral/Cemetery/Disposition Svcs.; requires background investigation of all applicants for licensure or registration under Funeral Directing, Embalming, & Direct Disposition law, including submission of fingerprints; provides additional requirements to be direct disposal establishment; revises requirements to be funeral establishment; revises requirements for I.D. of human remains prior to final disposition, etc. Amends FS.
