GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Diaz de la Portilla
Medical Specialties; authorizes physicians to be certified as specialists by board of certification of American Association of Physician Specialists, Inc.; prohibits lowering of standards by certain certification organizations; provides for Board of Medicine to rescind authority under certain circumstances; amends provisions to conform. Amends 458.3312, 456.039.
