Student Safety & Violence Act; creates provision re safety for all students; provides legislative findings re harassment, discrimination, possession of lethal weapons, & violence in Florida schools; prohibits specified conduct & provides for remedial measures; defines term "harassment"; provides duties of educational institutions; requires State Board of Education to adopt rules. Creates 1000.055.
