Cigarettes/Transportation & Sale; provides stamp requirements for cigarettes in transport; revises requirements for & limitations on affixation of stamps; requires manufacturers, importers, distributing agents, dealers, & retail dealers to hold current, valid permit to sell, distribute, or receive cigarettes; authorizes certain law enforcement officials to inspect certain shipping vehicles; authorizes destruction of certain cigarettes, etc. Amends Ch. 210; reenacts FS. APPROPRIATION: $480,028.
