GENERAL BILL by Lynn ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano
Lottery/Unclaimed Prize Money; requires that unclaimed prize money be deposited into Educational Enhancement Trust Fund rather than used for future prizes or special promotions; provides for proceeds of unclaimed prize money to be distributed to individual public schools, community colleges, & universities pro rata, based on full-time-equivalent student enrollment for prior academic year. Amends 24.115,.121, 1010.70.
