SB 2714: Radio Transmission/Unauthorized
GENERAL BILL by Villalobos
Radio Transmission/Unauthorized; prohibits person from making radio transmission in this state unless person obtains license or exemption from licensure from Federal Communications Commission; prohibits unlicensed radio transmission that interferes with licensed public or commercial radio station; provides criminal penalties, etc. Creates 877.27.
