GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Lawson
Taking of Fish & Shellfish; increases fee for trap number required for commercial crawfish trapping; provides for use of portion of fee; clarifies that crawfish traps are included in trap retrieval program of Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission; assesses crawfish trap owners retrieval fee assessed other trap owners; provides for waiver of retrieval fee under certain circumstances; provides for use of revenues from retrieval fees, etc. Amends 370.14,.143.
