Fire Safety; provides definitions re electrical utility shut-off system; requires that certain specified buildings install approved electrical utility shut-off system; provides dates for installing system on existing & newly-constructed buildings; authorizes State Fire Marshal to grant extension of time for installation under certain circumstances; requires State Fire Marshal to adopt rules.
