Children Known to CFS Dept.& DOE; creates provision re education of children found to be dependent or in shelter care; provides for interpretation of act; requires agreement between CFS Dept. & DOE to facilitate delivery of services or programs to children known to dept.; requires CFS Dept. to enter into agreements with district school boards or other local educational entities re education & related services for children known to dept., etc. Creates 39.0016; amends 1002.22.
