Independent Diagnostic Testing Act; creates specified provision, entitled Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility Act; provides for licensure, inspection, & regulation of said facilities by ACHA; requires licensure of facilities & background screening of applicants for licensure; provides for facility inspections; provides fines & penalties for operating unlicensed facility; provides for facility responsibilities re personnel & operations; provides accreditation requirements, etc.
