GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning ; Bennett
Florida Impact Fee Act; authorizes local governments, by ordinance, to impose impact fee as condition of development order; provides restrictions on imposition, any increase in amount, & expenditure of impact fees; provides that this act does not repeal existing laws or ordinances; restricts uses of surtax proceeds; requires report to Financial Services Dept.; requires DOR to adopt forms & use of such forms when surtax is paid, etc. Creates 201.032.
