GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Medicaid; adds criminal violations of specified provisions to list of specified crimes within jurisdiction of Statewide Prosecution Office; authorizes AHCA to impose mandatory enrollment in drug-therapy-management or disease-management programs for certain categories of recipients; authorizes AHCA to limit number of certain types of prescription claims submitted by pharmacy providers, etc. Amends FS.
